Thank you very much for the feedback. We always include loan copies of the dangerous goods regulations manuals at no cost as they are essential to the training. In the real world most companies will have a handful of copies, rather than one for every member of staff!

Thank you very much for the lovely review! I understand your point on the boxes - the reason for this is for other courses we have to send out a second or third manual - so use a standard box size!

Thank you very much for the feedback. You make a valid point about the course being structured to pass the exam. The course is quite deliberately put together that way. We wouldn't want to be in the position where you have all of the knowledge but couldn't get through the exam! I appreciate it is a difficult balance to get right! Regarding class 7. From our experience we know there is never a question in the exam paper on radioactive material because the regulations come from the IEA and are structured differently to all the other classes. That said, in the UK the ONR has been critical of the DGSA exam for this reason. It is something the authorities are looking at - so will hopefully see some progress here in future years.
