Thanks for the feedback Jodie. The refresher/ beginner debate is one we've been having for some time. Part of our challenge is by splitting the courses we'd risk ending up with less options in our schedule. Great to know though you felt confident taking the exam - it's exactly what we aim to do! Thank you for the feedback. Our course has to be approved by the UK Civil Aviation Authority, unlike in the USA where there is no such approval. As a result, we do cover multiple very different eventualities as the exam must also cover a range of topics and areas. If there was anything you'd like us to have gone through please do get in touch and we can have one of our dangerous goods safety advisers sit down with you. I do understand from the trainer that your operations are more focused on road & sea transport, so in the future we'd happily run a more focused course for you that just covers the modes of transport you use.
