thank you very much for your customer feedback. We greatly appreciate all our customers feedback. First let me sincerely apologies for the inconvenience you had with the whole shopping experience. This is indeed very strange (and worrying) as the prices in all Paddy Pallin stores (including online) should always be the same price. We will have to look into this. The staff in the store should of been able to look up the online price for you and matched the cost. As for the website not recognizing your postcode/suburb this is indeed very strange as i tried using the same address and was able to proceed with placing a order. The only thing i can think is that there was a temporary error/glitch happening in our system at them and is something we will have to investigate. Unfortunately we don't get given detailed instructions to handout with our footwear on general care and maintenance, as there are so many different brands, styles and materials. There are many options when it comes to care, and the internet is the best resource ( namingly the manufacturers website(s)). Nowadays, due to technology and ease of obtaining information, most of our brands encourage the use of the Internet and also digital catalogs etc. We appreciate your comments, and perhaps in the future we could provide website addresses to the pertinent information on footwear care.
