thank you very much for you feedback. We greatly appreciate all our customer feedback. This is indeed very strange as Sno-Seal when applied correctly is 100% waterproof. The boots should be cleaned with warm soapy water before it is applied to make sure there is not dirt clogging up the pores of the boots. It is hard to give exact advice without knowing the ins and out of how the boots are being use.
