thanks for the feedback. We would like to apologize that you didn't receive all the items in one package, and before Xmas, however we did have on our website that after December 17th we couldn't guarantee delivery before Xmas even with Express Post, and you had ordered on December 21. We do on occasion ship orders in more than 1 package, however where possible try to have everything sent together.
