Top dollar being asked for the sandals but the free postage tipped the balance. On ebay your listing at the same price, plus postage is also on the high side. Have watched the listing for months.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes I 100% agree with you that this is not an acceptable time frame. I do not know why it took so long to be delivered, however we are happy to refund you, the cost of Express Shipping. This is a very rare thing to happen, seeing as it was only an envelope size delivery. Thanks for you business, and we apologize for the delay in you getting your gift voucher.
