Hi, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. This is certainly not the level of service we want any of our customers to have. Your order was dispatched from us on time for next-day delivery. We’ve been informed that there was a one-day delay due to roadworks in the area. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after paying for next-day delivery. We also appreciate you raising the concerns about the delivery attempt, and we take feedback like this very seriously. A member of our team has reached out to you directly so we can look into this further and help resolve things for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had. Kind regards, OPS
