Hi, Welcome to the family, and thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
We are so glad to hear you were happy with the packing and enjoyed those bargain prices! You ordered right over the busy August Bank Holiday weekend, which always gives our warehouse team and the couriers a proper workout; hence the extra wait despite the upgraded next-day label! 🏃💨
We really appreciate your patience with the holiday delay, and we look forward to packing your next order for you soon!
Warm regards,
OPS
