Hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. As you are aware, there has been a problem with one of the ISPs in UAE blocking all VPN services. We are currently testing a solution to the problem, which will be implemented in the next couple of weeks. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately is the nature of what we do, as multiple entities try block us and we have to find the work around to unblock. To date we have never been permanently blocked by anyone.

Very slow connection don't ignore the other reviews like I did

The VPN is very slow, and sadly not worth the money. Perhaps offer a better VPN at a higher price. I will be cancelling in due course

Hi Asif, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We use very high spec servers that generally guarantee very high speeds. Speed is affected by several factors including a) your location and ISP b) the equipment used to connect ie processing power c) peak and off peak times at your location. regards The MEN Team

Good service despite increasing blocks

There problem/solution back up is very good. The main problem is that TV sites are getting smarter at detecting if you are accessing from off-shore and block you. They are using automatic location...
