Hello Alan, thank you for taking the time to send us feedback. The response you received was unsatisfactory and we apologise for this. We use a configuration on our VPN that ensure that the major channels such as the BBC is always available. Sometimes these settings can affect other channels negatively, such as QuestTV. We are currently looking at this and will comeback to you via our support team shortly. Once again very sorry we di not meet you expectations. regards

Signal too weak on major advents

To much freezing on HD, Big sporting advents, like F1, Rugby etc signal should be better/stronger on HD and ordinary. I need to reboot most times when using the service. Overall the system is rather...

Hello Phil, thank you for taking the time to send us feedback. We are sorry we did not meet your expectation. We use very high spec servers to ensure the highest possible speeds. The speed of the connection is affected by many factors including your ISP, location, equipment used, distance from the router , peak versus off peak between your location and our servers. regards

As an example, many of our clients are business people and use our VPN service to stay connected to their home country. So it makes no difference where you sign up and then where you travel to. regards

pretty good apart from phone app

Service generally with ITV channel 4 and channel 5 is very good. Less so with BBC who seem able to detect VPN and block transmission sometimes. Can't get BBC to work on smartphone at all.

Wouldn’t be without it

Wouldn’t be without out it. It’s brilliant to be able to access your own countries TV when abroad. Miles better than watching the poor TV coverage on offer when overseas.
