I paid for the course but can not log in to undertake the course. Assistance in the matter has been tardy at best.

We recommend following the detailed instructions listed in the email you have received from our support advisor. ID verification is a requirement set by OPITO in order to be able to do the IMIST course. Best of luck with your training!
