I have called your phone number today to discuss your bed purchase and I spoke to your husband. I mentioned that I would like to discuss the 1 star rating and how we can resolve any issues you may have. Your husband was quite shocked that a 1 star rating was left as he said that you are happy with the bed. If you are able to call me on 02 8999 1114 to discuss or kindly re rate your feedback to reflect the true opinion of the purchase. We take our feedback and ratings very seriously and are willing to accept 'negative ratings' where due however do equally encourage fair and honest ratings.
