Issue not resolved , the email you sent on the 6 of June (it is July now) was after I phone you. I have sent other emails that haven’t been reply to.
I have learned my lesson.
As per your courier , you specified on your website that a tracking number will be provided for and that the buyer will be informed when the delivery should happened, obviously this hasn’t happened in my case.
I have a fence and gates for a reason , my kids have special needs and I surely don’t need stranger making their way into my property without my knowledge.

placing the initial order was simple enough, getting hold of Lux Living was fair, not easy but could be done, but getting hold of Hunter Express to try to arrange the delivery, they didn't answer...

Thank you for providing me with the details. The first time I contacted customer service they were very helpful and responded very quick. But I have not heard anything since. I will resubmit another review once everything arrives and it is all put together.
I was impressed and surprised by how quick the initial shipment arrived too.
