Thank you for taking the time to send your comments regarding the order you placed with Joe Browns, and please accept our apologies for the top being faulty for a second time.
This is totaly unacceptable as all our items are sold as perfect, so I am sending you another free pre paid returns slip, so that when we get the item back I can take it up with the Q.C department and with the supplier, in the meantime we are checking the stock to make sure that there are no further problems with the stock.
Again sorry for this problem as it is not the way that Joe Browns does business.
