I am therefore sorry to see that the Alluring Dress and the Live the Life Top were not suitable for you. I have passed your comments regarding the sizing of the Top to the QC Department who can investigate this further, then if necessary contact the supplier. I am sorry that you felt the Top was not clearly represented by the image in the catalogue and website, I will pass this to the Marketing Department who can look into this further. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment that may have been caused.
With regards to our return policy, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) as this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into.
