An excellent service all round

The service was excellent. Very prompt and good at keeping me informed of progress

I had no problems with the service that i was provided with. Car was repaired to very good standard and finished within the timescale that i was given.

Low hassle and once the accident was reported the insurer took over and just made it happen

Overall, my experience with Jaguar Accident Assistance was good. They arranged to have my car recovered, identified a suitable repair agent, had my car transferred there and authorised the repairs...

Great service, polite, and everything worked as I was told. Apart from providing info I had nothing to do.

Not very good , I had to do all the chasing , no one called me back until I called up find out what was happening , it took 5 days to get a replacement courtesy car .

Just excellent. Lodged my claim (stray deer damage), car collected within a few days and returned after 8 days as new.

Pleasant and helpful assistants. procedure to complete claim. Yes I would recommend the Jaguar service.
