The use of additional resources is optional but definitely not mandatory. Step 2 delves a lot deeper and we are so glad to hear you are enjoying those courses. Hi Arthur, Thank you for your review and feedback. The time scale to complete the traineeship is realistic and hundred of our students have already done so. The Step 1 courses serve only as an introduction, but when students progress to Step 2, those concepts touched upon in Step 1 are further explored and solidified. Due to the sheer volume of students it is not possible to check in on each and every student. However, students are provided with the contact details of their tutor whom they may contact for support at any time. We thank you for you for valuable feedback which we are always happy to take on board and consider. Bradley
