Hi Kamile, Thank you for your review. The course completion times are based on best-case scenarios. Not all students do finish within the stipulated times, But they are used as a guideline. As much as we are happy for students to find and use additional resources, what we give you is enough to pass the A+ exams. The internal assessment is difficult and challenging, but not impossible to pass. Well done on getting past it and progressing through the traineeship. Leigh and our other tutors are an excellent source of knowledge and are there to assist students and point them in the right direction. That said, we are thrilled that you have completed the first portion of the traineeship. Of course this depends on the time that a student is able to commit each day. The courses we provide are all essential to be able to hit the ground running when placed into an IT Technician or Support role, since only having an A+ certification is not enough. These courses are provide the means to form our students into well-rounded candidates who we can confidently put forward for placement. Due to the volume of students it is not possible for our tutors to reach out to each and every student. For this reason, we provide the tutor's email address and prompt students to reach out whenever they require support. That said, we are glad to hear that you had good communications with your tutor. Our first port of call is to reach out to our partner companies. As part of the recruitment process, our Recruitment Specialists select positions from job boards for our candidates to apply for with their details. These job ads will be selected based on the types of positions that our candidates are generally hired for, as well as the candidates' background. This part of the process is in addition to our Specialists referring your CV out to our partnered companies and our network of partnered recruiters. We aim to have your CV distributed as widely as possible, to maximise your potential feedback and the number of roles that you may be considered for.
