Hi Iacopo, Thank you so much for your review. Well done on completing our IT Technician traineeship and on your placement as an ICT support engineer. Well done to you! Just for clarity, our internal exam is meant to cover all the courses studied in Step 1, although it is 42 questions to be answered in 40 minutes. You did well and passed on your 3rd attempt, 3 weeks after being sent the link to take the test. We aren't sure what you meant by over 3000 topics. There were 8 full courses, each broken down into bite-sized modules. Either way, we are very proud of you, and wish you all the best for the future in your new career. Bradley

You have no obligation to stay at any particular job, especially if you have a fantastic opportunity.
