Hi OF, Thanks so much for your review and congratulations on your placement as an NOC Engineer. In response to some of your points: The IT industry revolves around a lot ore than just the A+ certification. Students also need to be au fait with security, networking, and operating systems. You won't be placed with only an A+ certification which is why we prepare students with these additional courses, which, now that you have been placed, you will find beneficial. The courses and material contained therein are sufficient and up to date. The only course which we have now removed from our traineeships is Windows 7 which is now truly retired. We will escalate your comment regarding errors in the mock exams. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We shop our student's CVs to our partner companies, but also take a proactive approach by finding students suitable links to apply to while we do our work in the background. It's an added layer of our recruitment service. All in all, you did extremely well and we wish you all the best for your first day in your new career next month. Bradley
