Based on those questions, the actual price that the insurer ends up quoting you can be more or less than what is originally shown on our results page. We try to make this clear to our customers by advising them, at the top of that page, that quotes are indicative. Nevertheless, we are sorry that our customer experience did not meet your expectations, and we are always working to try to improve it.
