Thank you for your quick resolution of the issue and replacement/refund of the missing items which were entirely due to DHL ‘losing’ the parcel and beyond Hot Diamond’s control
Item was delivered on time but dissapointed that the earings were supplied in a plastic bag inside the presentation box, which was not great when handing them over as a present.

Service was excellent. Delivery with 48 hours. The items were delivered in plain wrapping as not to indicate contents. Purchase also came with the ‘Hot Diamonds’ gift bag and tissue.
