A GREAT PLACE TO LEARN REALLY USEFUL SUBJECTS

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I’m sorry to hear that you didn't have an amazing experience with us last week. A few of your group have mentioned that the day ran a bit slow so apologies for that but we always try to include everyone where we can and this means going at the pace of the slowest person in the room.

We do ask whoever is booking private group courses to ensure that everyone attending Excel training has taken our 'Which Excel course is right for you?' survey on our website prior to attending training to minimise different levels of confidence and competence in the room on the day. We also strongly advise attending level 2 before coming on level 3 as well but we can't insist upon it and it sounds like neither of these things happened on this occasion as the majority of your group haven't attended level 2, but instead went straight in with level 3.

Also regrettably we were misinformed about which version of Excel you use which is where the delay in printing came from so I can only apologise for that disruption to your day as well.

I'd like to be able to give you and your team some further support so I am going to pick up with your booker and try to get a follow-up session scheduled so that we can ensure all of the content is covered and all of your objectives are met.

Hopefully we will see you back at Happy again soon to deliver you a great experience.
