Sorry to hear you found the day a bit overwhelming - you'll probably be surprised how much you remember once you start using PowerPoint again and the manual is an excellent reference tool that is really helpful. Don't forget about our helpline as well - you have 2 years free access to the helpline now (contact details can be found on the third page of your manual) so do please get in touch if you run into difficulties.

I'd like to offer you some more support as well though so I can arrange for you to attend the course again with our compliments or I can arrange a half-day 1-2-1 follow-up with one of our trainers with our compliments. I'll email you to arrange one of these options.
