Very pleased to hear our stairlift is meeting your expectations and proving useful.
The salesman and workmen were very good and efficient. The office staff handling the order of the stairlift were less organised, and less honest in saying exactly when it would be installed.

The sales rep didn't know which way up the stair track was fitted. At no point did he or any one say that the intended user needed to be on hand to try out the stair lift. so the engineer left it...
