Hi Paula
i raised the issue with Jack previously and when he processed the next order it came through ok.
However, i think you have a problem with the logistics team - its too much of a coincidence that it happens to my orders so often. So the next order i place i will put thru the web order as normal to see if this arrives 100% accurate or not and i will liaise with Jack to let him know the answer. I am keen to help you solve this issue as it must be costing you a fortune in having to constantly send out another delivery. (or is this the logistics companies way of making more money out of you - are they paid for each delivery they make - something to consider ???)
