Having checked with the courier it seems they received it at the depot and apparently attempted delivery on the 19/8/25 ( this is not always accurate ) ! and then there had been no further movement since then. I can see that my colleague has now resent your order and it was successfully delivered on 29/8/2025. Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your goods.
