Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. We do appreciate all feedback as this helps us to continue/improve our service. I do understand that this product is slightly different in size to what you have previously been ordering from Galleon. The specifications of this product are exactly the same however the dimensions have changed from 30cm by 36cm to 40cm by 40cm which makes for a larger towel. When you have been purchasing the same item for such a long time i can understand the frustration of these changes, however this was made by the manufacturers and totally out of our control. We would be more than happy to collect the product and offer you a full refund as currently we do not have an alternative . All changes have been advised on our website.
