very quick and responded promptly when i queried my missing box, my one criticism is having a non-geographical phone number as a contact which i had to pay for

Thank you for your feedback & your order. I have double-checked that on a BT line the charge is the standard rate. If you have a all-inclusive calls package then the 0844 number is included in this. Galleon Supplies does not profit from having a 0844 number.
