Hang on, the towels you sent are single ply. Have I got the wrong stuff?

Thank you for taking the time to send us your valuable feedback.
The product that you have purchased from us is in-fact a 2 ply product. If you take the product and tear it diagonally across the 2 ply paper will be evident. I am sorry for the confusion shown on the box.
If you would like to contact me directly about this please feel free to do so.
Kind Regards,
