Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Amaragua, and will pass your comments on to them. The majority of hotels allocate rooms shortly before arrival and unfortunately when they are fully booked it's not always possible to meet every request. Your booking was made as a twin room, and I apologise if this message did not make it through to the hotel. Should you wish to travel with FlyDirect again please contact us directly and we will be happy to recommend an alternative hotel.

Oh l think you may have the photos of our balcony already. My last holiday was on the jet direct Volete Tenerife flight Feb 2016 which was delayed in Jersey 28 hours in Jersey and my next holiday was spoiled by this awful balcony and view. :(

Yes we have the pictures. Once again we're sorry that the room did not meet your expectations and regret that the hotel or our representative were not able to help whilst you were in resort. Unfortunately standard rooms at MS Amaragua do not offer any particular view, and whilst some will be better than others it's not possible to guarantee this.

Very dissapointed with room in annex overlooking car park been to this hotel 6 times with fly direct and always a battle to move rooms Being a regular in this hotel expected a decent room

The trip was very easy to book and the agent was quick to confirm the booking. it was quite straightforward to pay the balance on-line too.

All bookings are confirmed by an email that contains a link to all of our travel information pages, however I have checked your booking history and it seems that this wasn't dispatched at the time of booking, for which we apologise. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise enjoyable holiday.
