Many Thanks for your feedback. As we operate a small aircraft on our Costa del Sol service and demand is high, unfortunately we are not able to offer long stays which leave empty seats on the weekend(s) in the middle. In 2018 we will be operating this service with the Flybe Embraer 175 jet, which we hope will offer a more comfortable journey for all our passengers.

The cabin crew from jersey to Malaga were so unprofessional. Several passengers were complaining about them. Not a good start to our well deserved short holiday.

Get your act together and do what you say you will do; get your local rep up to speed as he tried to send us to a hotel that had been changed and no car hire voucher provided.

The change of hotel was discussed and compensated prior to your departure, and I am sorry that the local rep was not made aware of this change. We are pleased to hear that you had a successful trip otherwise. Please note that we do advise pre-booking for the Alhambra Palace visit to avoid disappointment.

The first hotel which had only been booked by you on the Tuesday, rang around all of the hotels in the group and only allowed us to check in once they had found all other group hotels to be full.
The rep at the airport wanted us to ring him to confirm that we didn't want transfers back to the airport despite us having booked a hire car with you.
Then when we arrived back in Jersey, we found out that 15 cases including one of ours had been offloaded due to weight problems. We did get the case back the following day.
