Great service, modern plane on time at a reasonable price. The convenience of having a direct flight from jersey with a three year old cannot be underestimated.
Straight forward online booking, payment of deposit and balance followed by receipt of e-ticket.

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the collection transfer was confusing. Our transfers in Spain are operated by TUI which should have been the same on arrival. We will speak to our agents in Spain about how we can make the link to FlyDirect more obvious. We hope to be of service to you again soon.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad that our booking process is well received. We look forward to welcoming you on another FlyDirect holiday soon!

yes, would definitely fly again. great support from fly direct. good airline from Germania. Outbound plane was better (more spacious, more comfortable, better stocked) than the return flight.
