Many Thanks for your feedback, without which we cannot improve. Unfortunately due to heavy traffic and road works in Tenerife there have been some delays to transfers in March affecting all operators, which was unforeseen, but for which we apologise. We will review our advised transfer times for 2019 in order to give a better indication of time on the coach. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your flights. To clarify your comment regarding the extra leg room seats, we do accept requests for particular seats, but these are not guaranteed to be allocated.

It was easy to book. Had transfers to the hotel and back to airport. Baggage was included. Not a thing to worry about. I will book with Fly Direct again.
