Everyone was very helpful and efficient. I did have some delays with the first set of heaters about a year ago but this time all was well.

The representative was very clear and the fitters very efficient.

I never "star" excellent regardless of the service received. However my purchase was without fault and working as anticipated.

The service I received was excellent. The product not so good. It takes a long time to heat up and my heating bills have sky rocketed so I cannot afford to use it. Back to my gas central heating...
