Good service, product was slight damaged as the plastic lugs holding the casing on were broken causing a gap between the metal and the plastic, guessing this was caused in transit.

Very good service. Phoned straight back to help us when some of the order appeared lost, but wasn't. Seemed to care that we got the things we needed and in time.

quite happy with ordering service and delivery time and service
It took over two weeks to try and figure out what was going on with our order. We eventually had to cancel it.

I do apologise for this I can see the long delay on your order. We were waiting on an imminent delivery from Hager with your distribution boards. This delivery was pegged back several times so we thought we were about to dispatch your goods but they just didn't turn up. We are at fault for not communicating this too you. All seemed OK until we came to delivery. We were promised 2 day wait, after 2 days contacted by delivery firm and told 3 days making 5days. We needed the items next day so were told that the delivery...
