Seemed to provide more generous cover levels with less restrictive stipulations compared to competitors, if my reading of the policy documents is correct!!

The insurance was purchased by the bride, everything had the brides name on it, yet all communications are addressed to the groom. It feels insulting. You're addressing the groom in the brides email.

Quick and simple to buy online
Provides what I want and was quick, simple and fuss-free to buy. Proof in the pudding will be if I need to make a claim - which hopefully won't be the case.

The error was caused by an unfortunate IT issue beyond our control. Once we identified the issue and understood what had caused it, we swiftly undertook a process of contacting all affected customers, of which you were one. While we did manage to successfully call you, it seems that you ended the call before we were able to offer redress. You confirmed you wanted to cancel the policy this morning, which we have done as per your request.

Covid insurance and competitively priced
Competitively priced for wedding insurance and had covid insurance available. Webaite isn't very user friendly to complete the application, had to do it a few times.
