Thank you for the constructive feedback. As this was a 3-star review, I thought I'd check your order details, so we can potentially learn how to make things even better for customers in the future. It looks like after the order was placed in the evening, we processed it straight away the following morning - and it was despatched within our 'normal' 2-3 days stated timeframe. We often despatch sooner, but always tell customers it's 2-3 days to be sure. We currently send out order confirmation and despatch emails to our customers, but we're also looking into other ways that we can keep customers informed in real time. That might be text messages for delivery, or linking up with tracking systems. Something like that might better manage expectations when an order has left DCUK HQ. With the optional name tags, it's worth bearing in mind that creating each one is quite an involved process, taking more time and effort than you might think. Especially because each one, like our DCUK characters, is created individually and then added to the chosen duck with a tied ribbon. It's not essential to buy a personalised name tag, as all characters come with a random/surprise name included within the original price. For anyone who's after a personalised touch, we do run promotions through our retail trade partners, as well as occasional special deals for customers - so it's worth keeping an eye out for them sometimes if you're not keen on the current price. Hopefully this helps, and if you decide to order from us again, we can convince you to join our 5-star rating customers. Especially because our reputation and customer feedback rating is so important for the team here. Thank you.

Hi again. Just to clarify, the random/surprise name tags are pre-printed in bulk and arrive at our HQ already attached to each character. Optional personalised ones need to be created from scratch, checked, tied and then used to replace the original tags. As as extra service, this involves a different process than usual, needing more time, effort and resource. Not to mention the special (and costly) laser cutter printer needed. Hope that makes more sense. Thank you.
