Thank you for your feedback. It looks like your review is based on item itself, rather than our service, which I hope you at least felt was a positive experience. Although we list the sizes in centimetres of all the characters on their sale pages - we'll also see if we can make it even easier for website visitors. I'm thinking we can look at adding a couple of visual size guide comparisons on the website, showing the different sizes we offer next to each other. As our customer feedback, experience and usual 5-star reputation is so important to the DCUK team... it's certainly something we'd like to look at sooner rather than later - especially if helps just one other customer to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment.
