Thank you for your feedback, and for supporting DCUK. It sounds like the shop may have their own type of free boxes - as the luxury gift boxes we produce are only available on the website. They are specially printed and created for anyone who wants one. Although they are usually an extra £5.95, they do seem to be very popular for the times when the duck inside is for a very special occasion. The feedback on the whole experience of receiving and opening one is almost always positive. We do also offer gift bags as well, which are half the price of the boxes, so that might be something for another time perhaps. For now, thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback.
