Following on from my previous review. I am very happy to amend my opinion of this company. There was obviously some mistake made as to where my initial email to them was sent when I requested a change of ducklet which gave me (wrongly) the impression that my request was being ignored. I was contacted and received (very quickly) a ducklet in the pose that I wanted. They also provided a return label for the original ducklet. I can only speak highly of this company and regret my earlier review. All correspondence I received was friendly, polite and professional. The quality of the product is excellent and packaged carefully.
