Thank you for the feedback, Felicity. I know you ordered from us a while ago, but I wanted to reply again, as I'd not heard anything back from an earlier email that was sent. We're really proud of our thousands of 5-star feedback reviews, because customer satisfaction and happiness is literally everything to the team here. So, when we get anything that's less, we have to do what we can to help and leap into action. Usually it's local postal issues or an order glitch, but you also had a couple of other valid queries I wanted to try and answer or help, even now. Glad you loved the puffin from a few months back, as it's one of my favourite designs too. With the discount query, just to reassure you (and any other readers) that the 10% code WAS taken off the whole order. It says '1 item' on your receipt, as it counts the character, custom name tag and bag as a single item/total. The discount was taken off all that for you as usual. And yes, the names we use on our tags are lower case by default. We mention that on our website too, as it's a brand style that works best on the name tags from a design point of view, and is seen as more friendly. It also links back to the Indonesian approach of being familiar and welcoming too. However, we can easily give capitals to words or names if a customer really wants to. You just need to mention that in the comments, or get in touch afterwards. We'd happily send a specific replacement for free. If it's not too late here, then I'd love to do that for you as well. You can have a 'Richard' name tag on the way ASAP if you give us a shout. As I say, getting a 3-star review is really bad for us, as our reputation and commitment to helping 100% of customers is what we're known for... so hopefully you can appreciate our side of things on this occasion. It'd be great for you to give us another chance sometime. Thanks again for your support. Means a lot to the team.
