Although the Dinky Ducks ARE smaller than their friends, you might be surprised to know that the time it takes to carve and paint all the details by hand is pretty much the same as the other characters! Thank you for the feedback, Gareth. Our name tags are professionally laser-engraved onto durable cotton, and so should last a very long time. We'd be happy to send a replacement for free should there ever be an issue with the one you have, or if it somehow looks a little messy. We really want all our customers to have a 5-star experience with us. We did used to have wooden name tags, but they sometimes had challenges of their own, with tidy lettering. We are looking at a special edition sometime in 2024 as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations... so watch this space! For now, thank you again.
