Thank you for the feedback. It's a shame that you didn't choose the plain packaging option that we mention a couple of times during the check out process. We used to get a few people missing the service before, so tried to make it even easier to request it. Looks like we might have to make it even more visible for the future, so we'll have a think on some other ways to offer the option. Especially because our feedback reputation is everything to us, and we really want every single customer to have a 5-star experience with us. Hopefully it didn't ruin the overall experience too much.
