Thank you for your review. The Pluto Mid Sleeper is one of our best selling bed frames so we are disappointed that your purchase didn't meet with your expectation. With regards to parts that have defects, we can most certainly replace these via our manufacturer. In the meantime, thank you kindly for your valued custom.

I received multiple emails about the delivery slot, then multiple emails when the delivery was completed.
When we started to assemble the bed, I found multiple issues e.g. dents, scatches, other...

The service from start to finish was amazing.
Wanted some info about delivery and the manger spoke to me straight away, was super helpful, and went above and beyond. They subcontract delivery but...
