Hi, we were not aware that you had experienced an issue with your delivery as we had not received a email or phone call from you, as the order was placed after 2pm on the Thursday, your order was processed and despatched on the Friday, as it was the Bank Holiday weekend any delivery would have been delayed, the address was a 2 day delivery due to the location, we can see that the parcel was delivered on the 27th August. If customers experience a delay in receiving there parcel we are always happy to assist either by phone or email.
