Hi, With regards to your review, the Duvet Set that you ordered was in perfect condition, it was the packaging that was missing the buttons of the tote bag packaging. We did apologise for this, and stated that we would happily pay for the the return if you was not happy. We did not reply in a patronsing or spiteful way as we always ask for images of any issues with products so we can see the issues raised and also inform the relevant suppliers. We are happy to send a returns label but was waiting on your reply.

Atrocious Arrived damaged from charmed interiors. Buttons not on the pouch Holding the set. Proof sent. Patronising spiteful responses. Still waiting for return label. Refused to pay for return cost...
