Thank you for your review, The delivery charge is free for orders over £500.00 for UK mainland as indicated on the website however delivery to Ireland on this product is charged at £10.00 per item as this is a charge from the couriers.
The screw is small as the correct one was used elsewhere o the chair but we will post one to you as discussed.I am pleased though that you are happy with the product.

3 chairs ordered. Two turned up very quickly. I had to chase for the third but, after I had done this it was delivered the next day.

They could have been more helpful and it took ages to actually receive th filing cabinet. But it was good value for money.

Thank you for your review.I am sorry the order took a while to arrive but as discussed this is a made to order item and has a lead time of 3 weeks and is not able to be supplied sooner than this. I am happy to see you are so pleased with the quality of product once delivered.
