We were a little disappointed that there was a piece of the chair missing when it was delivered and it took another day and a half to be sent out. Otherwise we were very happy.

Good Evening and thank you for your review. I am sorry that there was a section of the chair missing we realised that the last batch had all arrived like this and had to source parts locally that took longer than expected. I am pleased though that now you have the chair together that it is exactly what was needed.

CHAIR WAS NOT PACKED WELL ENOUGH. NO PADDING AROUND CHAIR AND BOX TOO BIG SOTHAT CHAIR HAD MOVED ABOUT IN THE BOX.BOX SO BIG THAT IT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH THE DOOR AND HAD TO BE UNPACKED IN THE STREET.

Thank you for this review. I have passed this onto our packaging department to look at this as I feel that this may have been repackaged via the third party prior to delivery as this is not how we dispatch the chairs.
