Avoid if possible

****, not delivered on time, first class post means next day not 3 days. Once they have your email they spam you daily. Allegedly takes 3 weeks to remove you from the system.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry this item did not get to you as quick as we would have assumed. Unfortunately with Royal Mail first class we only give estimated delivery dates as this is not a guaranteed delivery service. Due to the order being over the expected delivery date we have refunded your delivery charge.

I also apologise for the amount of emails you have recicved from us. I have passed your email address to our marketing team to get you removed of the mailing list, so you should not receive them anymore. I am sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered with us on this occasion. I hope you will order with us again so we can provide with you with a better level of service.
